James or "Tex" as most have come to call him has been living in the Bozeman area for 16 years. He has been an electrician for 12 years. His experience has been varied, from working on various sized residential jobs in Southwest Montana, to working on multi-year large commercial jobs and small commercial jobs as well. He has spent two and a half years working as an Industrial Electrician with an extremely varied workload consisting of automation, instrumentation, variable frequency drives, calibration of various types of measuring devices, and use of many types of testing equipment necessary to troubleshoot this instrumentation. He has many hours of training in various portions of different electrical systems by attending courses accredited by the International Association of Electrical Inspectors. He has also successfully completed a Motor Circuit Analysis and Electrical Motor Diagnostic course that required passing an exam administered by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
